My approach to managing real estate transactions on behalf of my clients is best characterized as highly professional, dignified, and reflecting a high level of sensitivity to all parties. I thrive on aggressively negotiating on behalf of my clients and take great pains to insure that there is a flow of communication that will preclude any unwanted surprises. My earlier career experience include being a member of a top management team of a international telecommunications company that has left me with a solid foundation in terms of business planning, financial analysis, marketing and people management...all of which are frequently called into service in my role as a Realtor.
